This company was founded in 2019 in Labuan Bajo by Rudi Sembiring Meliala with his experienced since 2013 in Labuan Bajo with served many clients all around the world related to land acquisition also the construction of villas and resorts.

- Management of Land Certificates.
- Measuring, Making Plots, Making Contour Maps or Topographical Data for the land to be designed or built.
- Maintenance, supervision of land that has not been built or used.
